This is a tremendous opening-night matchup featuring players who finished 1-2 in last year's Rookie of the Year voting, with Toronto's Scottie Barnes edging Cleveland's Evan Mobley. The Cavs made a huge offseason splash by acquiring Donovan Mitchell, but it could take time for Mitchell and Darius Garland to jell in the backcourt. Other Cavaliers also will have to get used to having the ball less. The Raptors brought back all five starters from last season's 48-win team. Unlike last year, Pascal Siakam is healthy to start the season and looks poised to cement himself as a superstar. Look for Toronto to cover for the sixth time in its past seven home meetings with Cleveland.
