The timing of Paul George’s return to the Clippers helped end a five-game skid. Their energy should remain high, even in a tough road spot against Chicago. The Bulls may boast a 26-10 home record, but they surely will have a bit of road fatigue. They’ve played eight of their last nine games away from home. Split the wager here: Clippers first half and full game.
I'm just going to jump on this now even at some risk because I believe it will rise over the course of the day. I think this is a major trap/letdown/giveaway game for the Clippers after Paul George's stellar return in an incredible comeback win over Utah on Tuesday. The Clippers are basically locked into their seed for the play-in tournament and have no reason to play guys heavy minutes. Plus, they play again Friday in Milwaukee. Nic Batum and Marcus Morris already have been downgraded to questionable. I'd be pretty shocked if they go. Chicago should play all its guys as it still has seeding reasons to care.
