All eyes will be on James Harden’s debut with the 76ers. I expect the Timberwolves to get out in front early on Philadelphia. I'm grabbing the value on Minnesota at home.

I'm going to pick this Friday game now in what will be James Harden's Philly debut. I do this somewhat often in hoops and hockey: Pick against a team 24 hours or so ahead of time when it's playing the second of a B2B. Minnesota hosts Memphis tonight (Thursday) and really nothing good can happen for the Wolves in that one regarding Friday's game -- there could be an injury, dragged to OT, etc. Plus, a Memphis-Philly double is pretty dang tough.
