The Mavericks have won their last two games against teams struggling with identity (Memphis and Boston) and have won six of seven. But their last eight games have been at home, and they went only 3-5 ATS. Their last road game was Feb. 3. None of their recent wins were against anyone as good as the Sixers, who are 13-2 at home. Matchup of MVP candidates in the Mavs' Luka Doncic and 76ers' Joel Embiid. Luka's late heroics cost me against Boston on Tuesday night, but I don't see the Mavs winning in Philly as long as Embiid and Ben Simmons both play -- and there's no reason they shouldn't as of this writing. The Mavs may again be without Kristaps Porzingis as well. I also don't trust Philly giving 5 points so we'll take the safety of the moneyline.
