Projecting around 15 outs, or to complete five innings, I'm going to fade Matthew Libertore having a good start in Colorado and sending him through the sixth inning. He's pitching to an expected ERA above four and has been hit hard over 42% of the time in the second half of the season. This is also one of the toughest parks to pitch in, but we'll make this a half unit because to be fair, this is a Cardinals bullpen that's been overworked this week. The projection would make this a full unit play at this price but I'll keep it a half unit due to the uncertainty of outs props and the bullpen work.
DraftKings. This line is too high for Matthew Liberatore who has stayed under in 21/27 starts this season while pitching to a 5.41 ERA. His hard hit and barrel rates are amongst the league’s worst, which won’t bode well when pitching at Coors Field.
I can't believe I'm backing the worst team in the National League again but here we are. The Rockies blew a lead in the 9th inning on Friday night and look to even the weekend series on Saturday. But this is mostly a fade of Cardinals left hander Matthew Liberatore, as St. Louis has lost five consecutive of his starts and 8 of the last 10 when he's on the mound. Plus, current Rockies hitters are a combined 13 of 29 (.448 average) against him. I'll take a shot with the home 'dogs on Saturday night.
