The first-year Blue Jay has taken to his new abode well, punching out 81 batters in 51 innings this season at the Rogers Centre, clearing this line in eight of nine starts. This includes a nine-K outing against the Rays. Tampa, despite being stingy with K’s, have been more susceptible on the road. Take the AL Cy Young hopeful to punch out eight at plus odds.

Tampa Bay...we have a problem. That was an embarrassing weekend sweep for the team at the top of the American League East at the hands of the Red Sox. Now the Rays have to go against All-Star starter Dylan Cease and the underachieving Blue Jays. Fortunately for Tampa Bay, starter Nick Martinez was also an All-Star and is 8-2 with a 2.65 ERA on the season. His ERA is actually a run lower on the road than at home. Plus the Rays are 5-1 against their division rivals thus far this season. Give me Tampa Bay at plus-money on Monday.
