May’s .290 oBA and .259 xBA both sit towards at the bottom of the leaderboard, as do many of his batted ball statistics. He’s a great hits allowed over target as he doesn’t miss bats and does limit walks. May will also face seven lefties today, by far his worst split with a .323 average allowed. And it’s the Brewers, who collectively are hitting .269 over the last two weeks against righties, the second highest mark in baseball.
