No plans to play this but Bo Bichette sitting out for Toronto is enough. He's their second-most important guy after Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and is going to make bank this summer as a free agent. Still wouldn't have mattered to me if not for Yankees ace Max Fried on the hill. After a bit of a rough stretch, he is back rolling. Fried hasn't been great in two starts this year vs. the Jays but both were in Toronto. He has been better at home (2.32 ERA) and during the day (2.65 ERA). The Jays' Max Scherzer has allowed four ER in back-to-back starts. All the key Yankees are in. If you can get -1 ...

To preface, we'll have to see how the lineup shakes out here for the Blue Jays since it's a Sunday and Bo Bichette was banged up yesterday; hoping we see their normal lineup or at least the lower strikeout bench guys. Fried ended with five strikeouts last time vs. the Astros on 101 pitches and has one less day of rest now, plus the Yankees have nearly all their bullpen arms available. Toronto's lineup sports a bottom six strikeout rate vs. lefties in the 2nd half and even their bench players have been strikeout adverse for the most part. Projecting under five strikeouts so I also played a half unit on under 4.5 Ks at +125 on BetRiverrs.
