Just a couple of weeks ago the St. Louis Cardinals could not hit the Miami Marlins at home, and were shutout twice. This included a five inning performance from Sandy Alcantara, who is coming off a dominating performance against the Boston Red Sox. In this series though, the Cardinals have hit the Marlins pitchers hard with eight runs on Monday, and chased starter Edward Cabrera for five runs Tuesday.
