DraftKings. Christopher Sanchez has pitched at a Cy Young level all season. Pitching to a 2.45 ERA, Sanchez has not allowed more than two earned runs in a home start since an early April outing against the Dodgers. He has the decisive advantage today over his counterpart, Bryce Miller, who is returning to the big leagues today after a lengthy injury absence. Miller owns a 5.73 MLB ERA, and he allowed four homers in 13.1 AAA innings. The Phillies high leverage relievers are all good to go tonight, and the Mariners are nearing the end of their 10-day, four-city East coast trip.

Bryce Miller is coming back from the IL after having allowed six runs on six hits and three walks across his last two rehab starts (9.1 innings). Even if he had been pitching great in AAA, this Phillies offense is red hot and a guy making his first MLB start since early June is in a tough spot here. Cristopher Sanchez on the other side has been stellar, recording the win in five of his last eight starts and pitching deeper into the game almost every time he steps out there. He is once again a favorite to complete 6+ innings and with the moneyline price nearing -200, this may be one of the better ways to back Philly tonight.
The Mariners look like they might rather be anywhere than Philadelphia after Monday's 12-7 loss, when they were out of the game very early. That was the third game in as many days in different cities (New York-Williamsport-Philly), so maybe things settle a bit tonight, but Dan Wilson rolls the dice on the mound with Bryce Miller, who hasn't pitched in more than two months due to elbow issues. Note Seattle has been outscored 23-11 in the current three-game losing streak, part of a current 1-5 skid. Now the Mariners face the Phils' Christopher Sanchez, an NL Cy Young candidate with a 1.88 ERA since the start of June....and he hasn't lost a decision at CBP this season. Play Phillies on the Run Line.
