Texas has been the best under team this season. Their lineup has yet to faced Tomoyuki Sugano in their careers and he owns a 3.22 road ERA. Sugano is also off his worst start of the season, allowing seven earned runs to the Rays at home. Texas has only been hitting .232 over their last seven days but Nathan Eovaldi has allowed three runs, or less, in all six home starts thus far. The Orioles are also 28-15-1 to the under on the road this season, second best in the majors.

The Orioles are eight games under .500 away and the league might be figuring out Japanese rookie starting pitcher Tomu Sugano as he has allowed at least three earned in four straight and had a 6.20 ERA in June. The Rangers' Nate Eovaldi probably won't go more than five in his second outing back from the IL but the bullpen is fully ready after Texas used just one guy behind Jacob deGrom last night. Jake Burger is back in the Rangers' lineup after an IL stint.
