Caesar’s. Robbie Ray continues to struggle with his pitch efficiency this season. He’s remained under this line in three of his four starts, while registering 4.2 pitches per plate appearance (tenth highest out of 136 qualified pitchers). He’s walked 15 batters in just 19.1 innings, and his zone percentage is 20th lowest of 146 starters with 10+ innings pitched. He’ll now face a patient Brewers team that has the seventh lowest chase rate and sees the 12th most pitches per plate appearance.

This one might catch some by surprise, but Mike Yastrzemski offers fantastic value tonight. Our model has him priced at +420, while FanDuel is offering +600. He’s slashing .348 with a 1.082 OPS against right-handed pitching this season and has been even better at home, sporting a 1.324 OPS in a five-game sample. Though Quinn Priester has looked good so far for the Brewers, we expect regression from the former Pirate who struggled in his first two MLB seasons.

Los Gigantes have been excellent but have played just 6 games at home. Excelling despite a tough schedule and now they get a Brewers team that has struggled on the road with Quinn Priester, a AAAA arm, on the bump. The Brewers are just 3-6 away from home and facing a pitching crunch. I will be riding the Giants for a while until the eventual slide begins. I don't think it's this series.
