The Rays do have the more accomplished big-league pitcher on Sunday in Drew Rasmussen opposite Rangers youngster Kumar Rocker, but the Texas lineup is vastly superior to the Tampa Bay version. The Rays have totaled eight runs in a three-game skid. And they have never faced the touted Rocker, which may help him get through the lineup the first time a bit easier. I believe Texas should be a slight favorite so will happily take the +1.5 at a pretty reasonable price.
