The total has gone over in eight straight home games when the Rays have faced a lefty. Justin Steele has yet to record a win this season but still owns a 3.18 road ERA. Tamp Bay has struggled against lefties over the last 14 days, hitting .235 with a .700 OPS. Taj Bradley is also winless on the year but owns a 2.74 home ERA and has held his opponents to one run, or less, in three out of four home starts.

Tampa is 7-14 in its last 21 games and the Rays are currently the worst ATS team in MLB based on win %. During this 21-game funk they have been held to 4 runs or less 15 times and 2 runs or less 9 times. Taj Brdley is an erratic young starter with ace potential but who has twice had to navigate the O's lineup recently and that can take a toll. The Cubs always give me a little pause but Justin Steele starting to show signs he is getting it back together. Outside of Isaac Paredes no one in that Rays lineup gives you much trouble these days.
