The Rays have been dominant against opposing right handed pitching all season, ranking first in on-base percentage and slugging percentage.

You aren't supposed to let one game influence your wager on the next one, and they are obviously separate entities. But the Mets have to be flying high after last night's shocking comeback win in extra innings -- exactly the type of win that can kickstart a disappointing season. I absolutely believe in momentum/intangibles, things "models" can't predict. The Mets had a game-tying HR in the 9th then a walk-off HR in extra innings when they were trailing by multiple runs each time. It was the second time in the Expansion Era (since 1961) that a team accomplished the feat. As an added bonus: Tampa Bay is without Yandy Diaz and Wander Franco today. Lot of offense missing. It's also the end of a long road trip, so a perfect letdown spot for the Rays.
