This will be Zach Eflin’s first road start of the year and faces a Chicago team batting .155 with a .472 OPS over the last seven days. Lucas Giolito just faced the Rays last week, allowing four earned runs off five hits. He’s backed by the second-worst bullpen in the AL with a 6.06 ERA.

The White Sox finally had a decent offensive showing Thursday, scoring five runs. However, the Rays hung 14 runs on them in a blowout win. The Rays continue to score in bunches, leading baseball in runs scored and home runs. Their team OPS is a staggering .868, which is by far the best mark in baseball. With the White Sox dealing with injuries to their lineup, I don’t expect them to be able to keep up with the Rays’ lineup in a matchup between Zach Eflin and Lucas Giolito.
