The Dodgers obliterated the Giants last night and we might see more of the same Tuesday. The Giants just aren't very good and the pitching matchup favors the Dodgers. Former Dodger Alex Wood has an 8.38 ERA against his former team these last two years while Dustin May has looked excellent since returning from Tommy John surgery and threw five scoreless innings in AT&T Park last season against the Giants. If you're looking for a player prop, Mookie Betts is the play. He publicly said he's been bad so far this year before Monday's game and then went 3 for 5 with a homer. Against Wood in his career he's 9 for 14 with a double, triple and three home runs. He's going to help carry the Dodgers and us to a run line win (-1.5, +100).

Jumping on this a bit early since the Dodgers and Giants game from Monday hasn’t even ended yet. However, I really like this pitching matchup for the Dodgers. They will start Dustin May, who has allowed one run though his first 13 innings this season. He also has a 1.05 WHIP for his career. Starting for the Giants will be Alex Wood, who followed up his 5.10 ERA last season by allowing three runs (one earned) and eight baserunners over three innings last week against the White Sox.
