Jonathan Coachman is joined by top sports betting experts Mike Barner, John Bollman and Zack Cimini on the Early Edge podcast, powered by SportsLine. Get highlighted plays for the NBA, baseball and hockey for Tuesday, May 17, and you can stream the show live every morning on the SportsLine YouTube page.

Coach starts things off with two SportsLine plays of the day, both parlays from the NHL. The first is Panthers moneyline and Over 4.5 goals (-120) in Game 1 of the Lightning-Panthers series (7 p.m. ET). "Panthers: 81 percent straight up at home this season," he says. He adds, "The Lightning have scored at least two goals in six straight games."

The second parlay is Avalanche to win in regulation and Both Teams To Score: Yes (-125) in Game 1 of the Blues-Avalanche series (9:30 p.m. ET). "A great way to bring the number down and give you something to play with," he says.

Bollman has one play, from Major League Baseball: the Mariners (+120) to beat the Blue Jays (7:07 p.m. ET). "Logan Gilbert has been very good this season," he says. He adds, "He should have success against the righty-heavy lineup of the Blue Jays."

Cimini's lone play comes from Game 1 of the Heat-Celtics series: Over 13.5 points for Marcus Smart (-115) (8:30 p.m. ET). "His shot attempts are way up [in the playoffs], and during that stretch he is averaging six 3-point shots per game," he says.

Coach then chimes in with his Cash with Coach play: the Brewers (-121) to beat the Braves (7:40 p.m. ET). "How are we getting this number? I cannot believe it," he says. He adds, "I love, I repeat, love this play."

Barner closes out the show with a play from Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals: Heat (-125) to beat the Celtics. "The Celtics with the quick turnaround after playing Game 7 on Sunday," he says. "The Heat have had four days to rest."
