R.J. White has just revealed his top NFL prop bet picks and prediction for 49ers vs. Cardinals

MVP front-runner Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals (4-0) host rookie Trey Lance and the San Francisco 49ers (2-2) in a Week 5 NFL matchup between two bitter NFC West rivals on Sunday, October 10 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. The Cardinals are five-point favorites in the latest 49ers vs. Cardinals odds from Caesars Sportsbook, and the over-under is set at 50 points. In addition to the point spread and standard betting lines, Caesars is also offering a plethora of prop bet options for this pivotal NFC West divisional matchup, and SportsLine NFL expert R.J. White, a CBS Sports fantasy and gambling editor, ended the 2020 season on an 80-59 run on all NFL picks, returning more than $1,400 during that span. He also enters Week 4 as SportsLine's hottest NFL expert, going 24-11 (+1190) on his last 35 picks. It's no surprise, as White has cashed huge twice in the world's most prestigious football handicapping competition, the Las Vegas SuperContest. Anyone who has followed his picks has seen HUGE returns.

Now, White has locked in on 49ers vs. Cardinals and just revealed his top three prop bet picks for this Week 5 NFL matchup.

Anytime touchdown scorer: Trey Lance (+260)

"It's time to see what gameplan Kyle Shanahan has been developing for his young quarterback. I expect it's not going to involve a lot of passing, as I don't think Lance is there yet as a passer, and that means a lot of designed runs that should take advantage of the fact that the Cardinals are 31st in yards per rush allowed on the year. The 49ers will also have Elijah Mitchell back at running back, and with George Kittle doubtful to play, it seems likely Lance is going to use his legs on some zone read plays in the red zone."

Brandon Aiyuk Under 37.5 receiving yards (-130)

"Aiyuk has been an afterthought in the offense, seeing no more than one catch in three of his four games. In his season-best effort, he had just 37 yards on four receptions against the Packers. Even with George Kittle likely sidelined, I don't see things getting much better for Aiyuk with a quarterback under center who will likely be asked to use his legs more than his arm. And now the 49ers are getting healthier at running back, making it even less likely they open up the passing game. I'm surprised this number isn't in the 20s."

DeAndre Hopkins Under 75.5 receiving yards (-115)

"Hopkins is one of the most talented receivers in the league, but the Cardinals have been more than content to spread the ball all over the offense in the passing game, which has led to Chase Edmonds leading the team in receptions and Hopkins being part of a pack of five players on the team with 15-17 catches on the year. One year after averaging 10 targets per game, he hasn't seen more than eight looks in a single game this year, and he has four receptions or fewer in each of his last three games. With the 49ers giving up just 11.5 catches per game to receivers, Hopkins is only going to top this number if Arizona abandons what it's done for the past month and starts funneling him the ball."
