Understanding Public and Money
Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

I’m not exactly sure who we think this West Ham team is.
They are getting a ton of respect in the market because it’s a “must-win” game. Well, newsflash, it’s a must-win game for Arsenal, too. West Ham are fighting to stay up, while Arsenal are fighting for a title.
At this price, I’d take Arsenal over West Ham a million times on Sunday. Let’s not forget, this is the same West Ham side that basically quit in the 70th minute last week. That team has shown no spine, and this is a spot where Arsenal can exploit it.
I would not go lower than this and probably will kick it up to the Asian number of 1.25. I completely realize Arsenal is still battling for the EPL title, but there is no way there is not a bit of a letdown for a while, anyways, off that win over Atleti earlier this week to reach the Champions League final for the first time in a couple of decades. The Gunners can't stop pushing with Man City right on their tails, and at first was going to play -0.5 but it was really pricy and I talked myself out of it. This may well push (hence the 1.25), but I'm looking for a draw. West Ham has mega-motivation: Avoiding relegation. Home game of season.
