I'll throw a quarter down as we now have draw plays. Really this is just to let you know. I don't see a scenario where I bet a draw going forward. Well, maybe in the World Cup. Draw No Bet is on the way. Couple weeks.
In retrospect last week's 4-0 loss to Arsenal was a poor fundamental matchup for Daniel Farke's Leeds, which likes to give it a go and simply found those tactics put them up against a wall vs. the Gunners, more used to foes sitting back in a low-block and simply trying to nullify. Forest isn't Arsenal and while Sean Dyche has stabilized a situation that has required three managers this term, Leeds had become quite a storyline before last week, with results in 10 of the 11 previous matches. Forest did secure its first win for Dyche in the November 9 clash at City Ground, but Leeds has more often impressed since, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin is overdue his next goal. Play Leeds on ML
This is a very, very, VERY important matchup for both sides. Nottingham Forest and Leeds are tied with 26 points sitting 16th and 17th on the table, both are just six points ahead of the relegation team. This is the kind of match where if you win it can propel you into a much safer position on the table. With that being said, I expect this match to start off very slowly with both teams terrified to make a league changing error. Nottingham Forest have gone under 2.5 goals in their last three EPL matches, which included 90 minutes of the most boring footy against Arsenal to a nil-nil final. This team loves to sit back, and expect fear to close this game down early.
It seems like we're at a bit of a crossroads for both these clubs. Leeds have been putting together some pretty impressive performances, but seem to be a bit burnt out. They looked lifeless against Arsenal, and didn't look much better against Everton. Meanwhile, Forest took a point off Crystla Palace while down a man, and before that beat Brentford and drew Arsenal. I think this match is going to be cagey, and we might see another draw, but I'm fine with the spread.
