Army is off to an historic 8-0 start behind the country's top-ranked scoring defense. But the Knights have faced just winning team thus far, an East Carolina club that just moved above .500 with a win this week. North Texas has been on the short end of back-to-back shootouts against Memphis and Tulane. The Green have just one loss on their home turf and their high-powered offense presents value against an Army club that has Notre Dame on deck.

Army has not only won 12 in a row outright but has not trailed in any of them. This line is surprisingly small for two reasons: a recently ailing Army QB (Bryson Daily) and an explosive North Texas offense. It appears Daily, who missed the Black Knights' worst offensive game of the season, will get the call, though he could share duties. Army's ball-control attack should keep the Mean Green's offense on the sideline more than it is accustomed to. Army is basking in a stranger-than-fiction season. Let's ride the Knights until the fairytale ends.

Playing without stellar QB Bryson Daily, we learned last week that this Army team is both deep and talented. Led by RB Kanye Udoh, the Black Knights didn't miss a beat on the ground. It's the contrast in styles that'll keep North Texas from making this a game. Can't score a lot if you don't have the ball.
