My model has this total at 50. Both offenses rank well below average with Temple at #85 averaging 5.5 yards per play and just 19.8 points per game. Tulsa's offense is ranked #110, averaging 5.0 yards per play while scoring 22.8 points per game. First year Tulsa HC Kevin Wilson has shown a conservative offense with 65% running plays. This game has a better chance to go under my total of 50 than over 55.5.

Very uneven start to the college football season but now we are fully into conference play and that is usually when things normalize a bit and actual trends come into play. Some schools haven't even played on the road yet. This ML is rising so I'm just going to take it now. It's the first real trip for Temple as its only road game so far was up the road at Rutgers and the Owls were pounded. Tulsa is a run-heavy team and Temple is near the bottom nationally in allowing 195.3 ypg on the ground.
