This is where NC State's defense should answer the call against an offense that has dealt with instability at the quarterback position and could be prone to turnovers. Brennan Armstrong's return to Charlottesville will certainly provide extra motivation on both sides, but I think we see that with his legs on key third down and red zone opportunities. I like the Pack by double digits.

Popped on my radar, pun intended, because of that tropical system off the Atlantic coast. Looks like Florida will be mostly spared for once but the forecast for Charlottesville starting tonight (nice during the day) is lots of rain and winds up to 20 mph. Obviously that forecast can change, but let's get ahead of this number as it may well drop a fair amount. Our Model has 47 points scored and that's without weather factored in. UVA has really struggled offensively and will see its former QB in NC State's Brennan Armstrong.

The Virginia defense is a mess, particularly at the back end. On offense the Cavaliers can't stop turning the ball over. I've been disappointed a bit by what I've seen from the Wolfpack this season, but this is a spot they should cruise.
