What has become of the Oklahoma State offense? The once-dynamic attack has petered out, with outputs of zero, 16, 20 and 13 the past four weeks. Facing West Virginia's sieve-like defense could be the cure, but almost certain rain will unduly impact both pass-minded minds. The Mountaineers rank second in Big 12 pass offense, Ok-State fifth. Each might turn to a less effective ground game. The weather has sent the total spiraling down by five points but it remains appealing.

The Cowboys haven't been the same since beating Texas. They have lost three of four since and are averaging just 12.3 points per game over that span. Quarterback Spencer Sanders is playing hurt, and it shows. And give West Virginia credit; the Mountaineers have played hard down the stretch despite the season being lost. I just think West Virginia has a bit more juice than Oklahoma State has right now.
