Both teams are ranked in the Top 20 in returning production. Maryland played just five games last season, going 2-3, and needs time to evolve. The Terrapins are running a new offense and defense with new coordinators installing their systems. I will look to back Maryland later in the season, but West Virginia is ready to roll in this game.
