I see this game going one of two ways. Either Ohio State overwhelms the Penn State offense and blows the Lions out, or Penn State slows this game down to stay within range and try to steal it late. Neither style plays toward this game going Over the total.

Penn State's offense has slowed down a tad over the last couple of weeks. QB Sean Clifford has to get his level of play back to what we saw from him prior to the Minnesota game.
