Clemson's path to victory is going to be for a lower-possession game, because it cannot expect to trade three-point attempts with a Louisville team that shoots it from a deep at a higher rate than anyone in the ACC, and does so at a 36.1% clip. The Tigers have in their favor a trend of Louisville's underperforming away from home (3-6 in road games) and against top opponents (0-7 in Q1A games). This will be a sweat because of Louisville's spurts, but if the Tigers play bully ball they can get a much needed win for their tournament future and end this four-game losing streak, which is the programs longest since 2022.
