Lowly Georgia Tech has been incredibly competitive over its last four ACC games. The Yellow Jackets lost by eight at NC State, beat Notre Dame, lost by one at Wake Forest, then toppled Virginia Tech. The Yellow Jackets' surge has coincided with the emergence of former Auburn forward Javon Franklin. Over the past eight games, the 6-7 senior is averaging 11.9 points, 9.4 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 2.0 steals while shooting 58.3 percent from the field. He's the only player in the ACC ranking in the top 15 in rebounds, blocks and steals. Coming off its first loss in seven games, Pitt should ultimately prevail Tuesday, but this is too many points.
