TCU and Texas are playing against each other in the Big 12 Tournament for the first time since 2013. The Horns lost their final two games but against No. 3 Baylor and No. 6 Kansas, so that's acceptable and they played well in both. UT had little trouble beating TCU in both regular-season meetings and I don't really subscribe to the "tough to beat the same team three times theory," at least in college basketball where huge gaps in talent level exist.

The Horned Frogs played seven games in 15 days to close the regular season, and they looked fatigued in their finale at West Virginia. Now they're rested and ready for a fresh start against a Texas team that's beaten them seven straight times. Despite that tough closing schedule, TCU was impressive for much of the stretch run, knocking off Texas Tech and Kansas. The Longhorns are elite defensively but far from explosive offensively. Grab the points and look for a narrow Texas win.
