The Padres will have their four top bullpen arms all ready to go behind Dylan Cease tonight and while he's been worse on the road, this is the best pitcher's park in baseball by a wide margin. On the other side, Seattle has used closer Andres Munoz in three of the last four games and the Mariners are bottom six in OPS against right handed pitchers in the 2nd half of the year. The Padres bats can get to Luis Castillo, who's allowed 19 hits and nine runs over his last two starts (eight innings) and struggled against lefties. San Diego should be favored here in my opinion.

DraftKings. Dylan Cease has struggled to pitch on the road all season. With a 5.65 ERA, Cease has failed to clear this outs line in ten of thirteen starts away from home, including seven of the last eight. He’ll now face a Mariners lineup that’s consistently been a top five offense in terms of pitches per plate appearance. I’d bet this down to under 16.5 outs at plus odds as well.
