The third and final week of the NFL preseason begins Thursday with the Steelers at Panthers at 7 p.m. ET and the Patriots at Giants at 8 p.m. Pittsburgh has stayed away from many key veterans in the preseason, namely quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and that will remain the case on Thursday. The WNBA had just one game on Wednesday but has four on the schedule for Thursday, with five teams currently holding playoff spots in action.
