Star Caleb Wilson remains out for North Carolina, but big man Herni Veesaar has stepped up in his absence. The Estonian dropped 26 points in Saturday's win over Virginia Tech and will be key to UNC's prospects against the Tigers. Clemson projects as a No. 8 seed in CBS Sports' latest Bracketology and got votes in the latest AP Poll, so Brad Brownell's team will show up to Chapel Hill ready to play. The SportsLine Projection Model, which simulates every game 10,000 times, has the Over hitting 69.9% of the time.
The Tampa Bay Lightning lead the NHL's Atlantic Division with 80 points, but that total is only good enough for third place in the Central Division, which is where the Minnesota Wild currently sit. The two heavyweights collide up north on Tuesday for a possible Stanley Cup Final preview. Minnesota will be without Jonas Brodin and Marcus Foligno due to injury, but the Wild still have serious firepower in the form of Kirill Kaprizov, Matt Boldy and Quinn Hughes. They'll need to work hard to cope with Lightning stars Nikita Kucherov and Jake Guentzel. Tampa Bay wins in 59% of the model's simulations.
