The top two teams in the NBA's Western Conference meet again Wednesday when the San Antonio Spurs host the Oklahoma City Thunder. Both teams are 6-4 in their past 10 games. The Thunder (40-11) still have a comfortable six-game lead in the West, but the Spurs (33-16) are 17-6 on their home floor. San Antonio has won three of the four meetings this season, but the Thunder took the most recent one by 21 points at home Jan 13. Both teams are in the NBA's top 12 in both scoring and opponent scoring, with OKC first on both ends and San Antonio 12th and seventh, respectively. The total has gone Over in four of the past five meetings between these teams in San Antonio. OKC is 25-26 against the spread (12-12 ATS on the road), and the Spurs are 26-24 ATS (13-10 at home).
