The Penguins have been a bit back-and-forth the past two weeks but they still have a heavy hand, as demonstrated in recent wins over the Flyers and Kraken when scoring six goals in each game. Sidney Crosby is still doing Sidney Crosby things with two points in each of his last three games, and Stuart Skinner (in the nets tonight) is enjoying a very good January (4-1-0, 1.81 GAA, .923 saves). As for the Flames, goals are still at a premium, at 127 for the season the least in the Pacific Division and second-least in the NHL (St Louis "leads" with mere 121). Play Penguins on Puck Line
I like the Penguins in this spot. Pittsburgh is 12-7-4 on the road and one of the best 5-on-5 teams in the NHL. That's key here because Calgary has been the league's worst 5-on-5 team in the month of January. Stuart Skinner draws his second straight start in net for the Pens and he's been hot of late, going 5-1-0 with a 1.67 GAA and .931 save percentage in his last six starts. Pittsburgh has won four of its last five road games. I like that trend to continue tonight in Calgary.
