I was hoping we'd get an alt number of +2 or even +2.5 on the massive underdog Sharks, but no dice. So we'll do a half-unit at this nice price at +1.5 as while San Jose is 0-2, it has have covered in both and totaled nine goals. Lot of intriguing young talent on that roster all of a sudden. It's the first road game for excellent Carolina and starts a long road trip. The Canes are giving the first NHL start to Brandon Bussi in net. The 27-year-old Western Michigan grad (yessir!) has been good in his career in the AHL but obviously this is a major step up. He was claimed off waivers by Carolina about two weeks ago.
