Colorado is unquestionably better, but we get the Flames +1.5 at home only 20 cents more than Avs ML. And it feels a bit trappish with Colorado's last regular-season meeting at Edmonton on Friday in a marquee matchup and potential West Finals preview -- and I'd like to see that matchup assuming the Blackhawks don't suddenly become Globetrotters on ice and win every game to make the playoffs. There's also the fact netminder Mackenzie Blackwood has started five games in a row, and I know the Avs would prefer him in Edmonton. So we might get a rusty Scott Wedgewood or inexperienced Trent Miner. The Avs are 11-16 ATS away. The Flames are solid, and Dustin Wolf is 13-5-1 with a 2.16 GAA at home.
