I have some concerns about the Avalanche right now, but at the end of the day, they are the more talented team in this matchup AND they are playing at Ball Arena. To top it off, Calgary goaltender Jacob Markstrom is still injured. I'm taking the Avs here.

Think the Flames have to be faded as long as No. 1 goaltender Jacob Markstrom is out as backups Dan Vladar and Dustin Wolf have been pretty bad. Colorado is much better regardless -- this probably would be -200 if the Avs weren't in a bit of a funk right now. But we'll keep it to a half unit Monday.
