If Vancouver had Thatcher Demko all season, it probably would be a playoff team. Since the start of March (he only returned from a long absence in late February), Demko is 4-1-0 with a 1.81 GAA. Vancouver has won five in a row overall but it's not getting a wild card spot. Arizona will give Ivan Prosvetov his second start of the season. His first went great but the 24-year-old had a mediocre 3.06 GAA in 35 AHL games with Tucson and wasn't good in six previous NHL appearances in the past two years. The Yotes are without top forward Nick Schmaltz (21G, 25A) and defenseman Josh Brown (7 points).
