The Lightning looked rusty in Game 1 but I don’t expect that to continue. We’ve all heard about the Lightning and Andrei Vasilevsky playing after a loss and there is a reason they’ve been so good following a loss for this long. They know they only need one game on road ice because the Rangers have been incapable of winning road games as well. The Lightning will be ready today and I think they come out strong, I like the Lightning on the road.

We faded the Lightning in Game 1 worrying they were rusty, and even Rangers coach Gerard Gallant admitted they were in a shockingly one-sided 6-2 Tampa Bay loss. I fully expect a very different Bolts team in Game 2 on Friday, and all-world netminder Andrei Vasilevskiy never has back-to-back poor efforts in the postseason. There's a reason Tampa Bay has won 18 straight playoff games following a loss.
