The Canes squandered their 2-0 lead in Boston and lost their first two games to Boston of the season in doing it. They travel back home where they were dominant to start the series and I think that will make a massive difference for them. The Bruins have knocked out the Canes in each of the last two playoffs so you know the Canes are a bit in their own heads right now. I think this home game should settle them down, and I like them to go up in this series 3-2.

The home team has won all four games comfortably in this series, and I see no reason why that wouldn't continue Tuesday, especially as Boston for sure will be without top defenseman Charlie McAvoy (56 regular-season points, plus-31 rating) and perhaps another key defender in Hampus Lindholm. Getting the last line change should help the Canes slow down the Brad Marchand/David Pastrnak/Patrice Bergeron line.
