The Islanders proved in their series against the Penguins that they can win on the road, and I think they will prove it again today. The public and the juice is on the Bruins right now so I think there is solid value on the dogs in the Islanders. Ilya Sorokin is perfectly capable of stealing a game, and the Bruins have won five straight games right now. I think this will be a long series so we’ll take the Islanders on the road.

Isles coach Barry Trotz said he hasn't decided whether he will start Ilya Sorokin or Semyon Varlamov in Game 2 after Sorokin lost Game 1. He played great the last series vs. Pittsburgh, though, and Varlamov struggled so I'd expect Sorokin to get the call but perhaps have a short leash. I don't think it honestly matters. Boston is the better team and has just one loss in its past 12 at home.
