The Philadelphia Eagles (1-2) host the Kansas City Chiefs (1-2) in a key Week 4 NFL matchup on Sunday, October 3 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Penn. The Chiefs are 6.5-point favorites in the latest Chiefs vs. Eagles odds from Caesars Sportsbook, and the over-under is set at 54.5 points. In addition to the point spread and standard betting lines, Caesars is also offering a plethora of prop bet options for this critical inter-conference matchup, and SportsLine NFL expert R.J. White has just revealed his top plays.

White, a CBS Sports fantasy and gambling editor, ended the 2020 season on an 80-59 run on all NFL picks, returning more than $1,400 during that span. He also enters Week 4 as SportsLine's hottest NFL expert, going 24-11 (+1190) on his last 35 picks. It's no surprise, as White has cashed huge twice in the world's most prestigious football handicapping competition, the Las Vegas SuperContest. Anyone who has followed his pick has seen HUGE returns.

Now, White has locked in on Eagles vs. Chiefs and just revealed his top three prop bet picks for this Week 4 NFL matchup.

Mecole Hardman Under 39.5 receiving yards

"The Eagles defense isn't one that likely strikes fear in the opposition, but they've actually allowed the fewest yards to receivers in the entire league. That's despite facing Calvin Ridley in Week 1, Deebo Samuel in Week 2 and the Cowboys' dynamic duo in Week 3. In fact, it was tight end Dalton Schultz who led Dallas in receiving last week, and Travis Kelce should have a field day against the same defense here. No wide receiver aside from Ridley had a catch against the Eagles in Week 1, and only Samuel topped 20 receiving yards at his position against Philly in Week 2. The Eagles gave up 80 yards to Lamb but just 26 to Amari Cooper and 17 to Lamb. Clearly, they've had success shutting down the secondary wide receivers of some pretty good offenses, and they should be able to do the same here against Hardman."

Patrick Mahomes Under 37.5 pass attempts

"Mahomes has crossed this number just once this year, in last week's loss to the Chargers. That's despite all three of their games being competitive to the end, and there's a decent chance this one just isn't. The Chiefs are seven-point road favorites against an Eagles team dealing with huge losses in the trenches on both sides of the ball, and while the Kansas City defense has had trouble stopping anyone this year, it's also been matched up against three potential playoff teams in the Browns, Ravens and Chargers, all of whom are measuring themselves against the defending AFC champs. If this one turns into a snoozefest, it seems very unlikely Mahomes is throwing enough to get to 38 pass attempts. If it doesn't, the Chiefs may still lean more on the run game after it proved successful last week, especially against a defense that has seen the most rush attempts against to date."

Zach Ertz Over 2.5 receptions (+110)

"Jalen Hurts seemed to get into a groove throwing to Zach Ertz last week, as the tight end was second on the team in targets with seven. Though he failed to reel in his first three targets, Hurts continued to go back to him, finally connecting on a 27-yard gain and later finding Ertz for a touchdown on the same drive. The tight end went on to catch his final two targets in the fourth quarter with the Eagles down big and looking to rally, and that's a position they could find themselves in again here. While you certainly worry that Ertz could lose looks to Dallas Goedert, the two tight ends are tied in targets on the year and Ertz is coming off his best game. That makes him nice value to cash a plus-odds ticket while not even needing to match last week's production completely."
