The Pacers are using Tyrese Halliburton's injury and Myles Turner's departure as a perfect way to develop players but tank in terms of actual record to get even more talent in the draft. I think the Cavs will be motivated to dominate a team that shocked them in the playoffs last season even if their key players aren't there.
