Okay, after much wonderment if Paolo Banchero was going to return to active duty for the Magic last night vs. the T-wolves, it will instead be tonight vs. the Bucks. Banchero has only played in five games this season but was scoring at a 29 pg clip when he went out at Halloween. In the meantime the Magic have mostly managed to stay above water, but the recent (and similar) injury to Franz Wagner has forced Jamahl Mosley into cobbling together ample offense. Meanwhile, Giannis Antetokuonmpo, Dame Lillard, and Khris Middleton all figure to feature for Milwaukee, but each remains on the daily injury report, and recent efforts suggest Middleton (in particular) and Giannis might be at something less than 100% this week. Play Magic
Going back to the well after the Magic could not do enough to keep it close last night. Orlando is a prideful bunch, they have been great at home the last two seasons and hit a road bump lately. But getting Paolo Banchero back is huge and the Bucks haven't been great on the road. The Bucks have been a decidedly middling team overall and this is a lot of points to cover - Magic have only been a dog of this size once prior this season and that was to the Celtics.
