The Lakers are approaching desperation mode as the team is 35-30 and currently the 9th seed in the Western Conference. They will face a stiff test in the Timberwolves who are presently in 2nd place and a half game back of the first place Thunder. AD has failed to score 25+ in six of his last seven games but I like his chances of having a big bounce back performance, despite facing an excellent Timberwolves defense. For as great as Rudy Gobert is playing defensively, AD has enjoyed tremendous success from an individual standpoint against the big man. Look for AD to be the focal point of LA's offense as every game is essentially a playoff game for them from here on out.
