The Hawks have been one of the worst bets in the league all season, and they've been particularly bad as road favorites. Considering how awful their defense has been this month, that makes it even more difficult to trust them as a road favorite against a Brooklyn team that's done a decent job treading water since being dismantled.

Getting a jump on this line as I expected it to open at 20.5. After really struggling for the majority of the season John Collins is starting to resemble the guy who averaged a double double during his 2nd and 3rd year in the league. Collins numbers have plummeted this season but he does appear to be pointed in the right direction. He has eclipsed this line in seven consecutive games and he has logged at least 27 minutes in all seven games which is very encouraging. This number is also lower than his season average of 20.6 PRA. The Nets are a neutral matchup but if Collins plays 28-30 minutes we're in good shape.
