Injuries have really derailed the Suns. They have lost nine of their last 10 games, failing to score at least 100 points in five of those losses. Cameron Johnson (knee) will make his return in this matchup, but since he hasn’t played in more than two months, expect him to be on a minutes restriction. Chris Paul (hip) came into the day as questionable, but he has already been ruled out, joining Devin Booker (groin), Cameron Payne (foot) and Landry Shamet (foot) on the sidelines again. Although the Nets remain without Kevin Durant (knee), Kyrie Irving (calf) will return after sitting out Tuesday against the Spurs. The Nets are simply the deeper team right now, giving them a better chance to earn a victory.
