I was actually leaning Lakers a bit here with Devin Vassell and Lonnie Walker out for the Spurs, but now comes word that LeBron James will most likely not play, which frankly surprises me. Yeah, he was listed questionable but he always is and plays. San Antonio should win now even without those two.

While the Lakers are far from being the NBA's hottest team, they did knock off the Warriors over the weekend and have momentum heading into Monday. The Spurs have dropped four straight and Dejounte Murray (calf) is questionable. I'll back the Lakers squad that's secured a 1-0 record against San Antonio without LeBron James available earlier this season.
