The Angels righty made two full starts in the minors, the latest topping out at 94 pitches, so he is fully built up for tonight. And while he does have an intriguing arsenal, he’s hittable - he allowed 12 hits in 9.2 innings in his rehab stint, and has averaged almost a hit per each of his 230 MLB innings. He gets the Dodgers tonight who collectively hit .264 against righties. There is some risk that they could pull Rodriguez early if he struggles, but that’d likely come at the expense of the Dodgers hitting him hard.
